This site is for looking at our work and getting in touch with us. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our content management system is for BlackWoxel staff only. Don't try to sign in to it unless we've given you an account.

This site is run by BlackWoxel, a 3D design and social media content studio based in India. Our legal name is [Registered business name], and our registered address is [Registered address].

In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean BlackWoxel. 'You' means anyone who uses the site.

The renders, films, images and text on this site, and the BlackWoxel name and logo, belong to BlackWoxel or to the clients we made them for. We show client work here as part of our portfolio.

You're welcome to view the site and share links to it. Unless we've given you written permission, you may not:

• download, copy or screen record any of it for reuse
• redistribute or modify it
• use it to train AI or machine learning models

Client names and trademarks belong to their owners. We show them to credit the work we made for those clients. That doesn't mean they endorse anything beyond that work.

Please don't misuse the site. In particular, don't:

• try to get around the protection on our videos and images
• scrape the site, or copy its content in bulk with bots or scripts
• probe the site for weaknesses, or try to attack or overload it
• send malware or anything else harmful through our forms
• use the forms to send spam

We may block access for anyone who does.

Sending an enquiry or booking a call doesn't create a contract between us, and it doesn't commit either of us to a project. Work starts only once we've both signed a proposal or agreement. That signed document covers the project. These terms only cover your use of the website.

Some parts of the site come from other companies. If we've set up online booking, the booking page is run by Calendly, Cal.com or Google Calendar. Some links also take you to other websites, such as our social media pages.

Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and those apply when you use them. We don't control them and we aren't responsible for them.

We provide this site 'as is'. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. We may change or take down any part of the site without notice.

As far as the law allows, we give no other warranties about the site or its content.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that comes from using the site, or from not being able to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

If you misuse the site in a way that breaks these terms, you agree to compensate us for any losses and costs that result. That includes the cost of claims brought against us by others, such as our clients, and reasonable legal fees.

Indian law governs these terms and any dispute about the site. The courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction over those disputes.

If you use the site as a consumer, this doesn't take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms. Changes here don't affect any signed agreement between us.
